Brian showed incredible dedication and care with handling the sale of my mother's condo after she passed away. He came recommended by one of the manger's from First Horizon Bank in Maryville, and right from the start Brian provided a wealth of knowledge on the local housing market. After an initial inspection, it took over a year before I was ready to sell the condo, but Brian stayed in close contact and always proved a handy source of information in preparing the condo. The sale process itself had a few bumps caused by the changing market, and once again Brian's dedication shone through: he responded quickly and provided expert recommendations on navigating viewings, price negotiations, and ways to continuously improve the listing's visibility and esthetic. As someone who lives nearly 2500 miles from the property I was selling, I couldn't be happier with how easy Brian made it to handle various tasks remotely. I truly appreciate everything Brian did for us, and give him the highest possible recommendation!

The Shaeffer Team was great from start to finish. They not only helped me sell my home, but they helped us find a new one. They made the entire process easy and did all the hard work for us. This reduced stress and made the process smooth and relaxed for us. The most important things they did for us was help prep us for the work that needed to be done on the house to help sell it, they helped us understand the best asking price to sell quickly, and they took great photos. Showing the house was also seamless and stress free and was only on the market for about a week. They have been great and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I would high recommend them.
