I was worried, as a first time homebuyer, about how stressful the entire process was going to be; however, Kolbie made everything so smooth. It was an incredibly quick process (29 days from first look to closing) but I don't think it could've been any easier if we'd've tried. The line of communication was always open, she was incredibly personable, and she really understood what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with how everything went and she was such a huge part of that!
ALL the ladies made us feel like "rock stars"!!//)) Answered all our questions and concerns in a timely/ efficient manner. Really liked Kolbie's approach walking us through a lot of houses in a short period of time. She could read out minds about what we were after in a house and she delivered!!//))
