Steve began his real estate career in 2015 after retiring from a very successful 34 year career in California Agriculture. As a third-generation tractor mechanic he served Central Valley farmers that continue to feed America today. As he transitioned out of this role, he opened a home inspection company in California, Jubilee PMI advancing that business to a Home Energy Score Assessor.

In 2020 when the market began to boom, Steve realized that he and his wife April were better working together as the market ramped up and they wanted to maintain the exceptional level of service April's clients were accustomed to. Today, they run The Blankinship Group together with an emphasis on knowledge, professionalism, transparency and exceeding the expectation of their clients regardless of the task at hand.
