• 2003 ~ Earned the ABR Designation (Accredited Buyer Representative is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.)
• 2003 ~ Earned the GRI Designation (Graduate Realtor Institute is considered the nation’s #1 real estate designation and may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous education program.)
• 2004 ~ Earned the SRES Designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation is for the Realtor who has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.)

• 2011 ~ Presented Official Ambassador of Knoxville Tennessee certification by Mayor’s Office

• 2015 ~ Earned the SRS Designation (Seller Representative Specialist) by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers
• 2016 ~ Licensed Principal Broker with State of Tennessee, managing the Farragut Office of Wallace Real Estate
• 2019 ~ Training and certification for Real Coaching by Coldwell Banker Network
• 2020 ~ 2024 Began position as Onboarding Concierge within Wallace Real Estate, training new and existing agents in technology platforms and best practices
• 2023 ~ 2024 Began position as Wallace Luxury Liasion, implementing the best practices of the LeadingRE network and Luxury Portfolio International (LPI) in assimilation of information to Wallace agents who serve upper-bracket clientele.
