I have sold several homes in my life. For the home I sold in Knoxville this year, I just called Caldwell Banker and was randomly assigned to Teresa. Best thing that could have happened. The energy and attention to detail that she put into selling my home was amazing. I moved to LA and left her to handle the details and she did a spectacular job. She communicated with me by text, email, and voice as needed. She provided great advice to help me get a better price. She stayed engaged daily in the process. If you can get Teresa, DO IT. She is absolutely the best person to contact if you need to sell your house!

Robert exceeded every expectation we could have had in a real estate agent. Our buyers were somewhat difficult late in the process and without Robert's hard work, negotiating, responsiveness, and honestly true dedication to us as his clients I do not feel as though our deal would have gone through. Robert also worked extremely well with other prospective buyers and marketed our home very aggressively throughout the entire process. I would recommend Robert to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Outstanding agent.

While I was trying to plan a wedding and move to a different state, Robert made the house selling process as low stress as possible. He was extremely tough in price and repair negotiations with difficult buyers. He also worked very hard to sell my house in less than a month. Robert is extremely knowledgeable of the Knoxville market, and I would highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Robert. We no longer lived in TN and he helped us sell our house from 1200 miles away. We couldn't have done it without him! He was professional, prompt, kind and resourceful. Teresa is a top-notch real estate professional & I would higly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the greater Knoxville area. I had very specific, sometimes difficult, requirements that are rarely found in my price range, but Teresa didn't give up until she found what would work for me. She has worked with me for almost 1.5 years & made great efforts to find what I was looking for. She never sent me large lists of houses spit out of a "canned" search where most didn't really meet my criteria. Instead, she actually looked closely at each listing & only sent ones that had real potential. Teresa Guy was assigned to us by her broker through the USAA Movers Advantage program. What a blessing! She immediately contacted us regarding our move to Knoxville and started lining up appointments for houses we were interested in seeing, but due to our corporate relocation package, we were later required to go with a SIRVA approved realtor. Thankfully, we were able to keep her as our realtor due to her advanced training and accreditation. We cannot speak highly enough of Teresa's professionalism, knowledge of the Knoxville and surrounding areas, patience and dedication to her clients. She showed us over 30 houses during four house-hunting trips in a wide circumference around Knoxville, looking for some acreage and very specific requirements. On one trip, Teresa even rode in our pick-up truck all day long so I could take our big dog with us. And, yes, we found the perfect house.
