When we moved from Knoxville in January 2015, Laura Green was highly recommended to retain as our Real Estate Agent. We were not disappointed. The way she staged our home and advertise our home, we were not surprised when we had offers within four days. Because of such a positive result that came with selling our home it was only natural that when we moved back to Knoxville Laura Green was again going to be our agent to purchase our home. Living 3 ½ hours away made looking for a home incredibly challenging in the strong Knoxville market. Most home were going under contact before we could make arrangement to drive to Knoxville. Laura was always alert, to notify us of any potential homes that met our profile. Finally, we saw one come on-line about 6:00 one morning. We immediately called Laura. She said she had seen it was getting ready to call us. We discussed the options and decided the most expedite method would be for her to do a video tour walk through with us later in the morning. At 10:00 she started the video tour. Because of her thoroughness it took over an hour to do the tour. She was truly painting us a visual picture of what this home looked like. About 11:30 we asked Laura to prepare an offer on the home. At 3:00 she called us with congratulations, the offer had been accepted. Through the remaining process, Laura was always available to guide us through this strange (for us) process. Walk through and closing went very very smoothly thanks to Laura paving the way. Her assistance was not over. After we moved to into our home, she posted on FB letting folks know we had a lot of free moving boxes. That is taking care of your client. She is synonymous with professionalism and client care. If you need an agent to buy or sell your home, Laura Green is who you should contact.

Laura Green has been our relator on two buys and one sell. Our first was a cross country buy, we had two daughters here looking at property with her. When we all agreed on a possible home she encouraged us to make the trip to ensure our satisfaction. It was well worth the effort and money as it was not a fit. She caravanned the entire family of 9 from home to home until we found our first Tennessee home. Laura was our agent when we first bought the home seven years ago (2011) while we were still living in Japan and getting ready to move back to the U.S. As soon as we found the home we wanted to purchase, Laura immediately set the buying process in motion, took it by the reigns, and consistently communicated with us in a timely manner despite the challenge of the different time zones. Not only has Laura been our realtor for the purchase of 2 houses, she is also our friend. When we were planning to move to Knoxville in 2005, she took time to show us houses several months before our planned move so we could get a feel for the areas we would be interested in and how much our money would get us in the Knoxville market. Then a few months later, we looked at more houses and ended up purchasing a fixer upper in West Hills. [By the way, she is the EXPERT on West Hills.] We loved West Hills, but after over 7 years in our basement rancher, we were ready for a move. So Laura was the first person we thought of when it was time to start looking again. Once again, she helped us find a great house.
