Lynn is excellent real estate sales lady. Very honest, open & straightforward when talking with you. I was very satisfied with her ability. Only one issue that could be improved on is for the seller to get more information concerning different potential buyers thoughts, concerns, even if they were negative. There were times that I just needed additional information in regards to events, showings, potential buyers situations, locations, etc.. but otherwise, great outcome with the selling of our house!

Lynn was absolutely fantastic. We were out of town buyers, and first-time buyers as well, and Lynn was so great at walking us through everything we should consider as we were starting to look at homes. She set up personalized searches for us, and was willing to do video tours of homes we were interested in when we couldn't get up there in person. When we were able to visit in person, Lynn dedicated a full day to lining up anywhere between 4-8 homes for us to see to maximize our time. Once we found our perfect home, Lynn was absolutely wonderful throughout the offer and negotiation parts. Throughout the entire process, we felt very cared for by Lynn and she consistently offered great advice and pointed out things we may not have seen or thought of, all while allowing us to form our own opinions as well. While we hope to be in this home a very long time, if we ever need to move, we will definitely be calling Lynn!

Lynn was amazing. She was giving us places to view the next day, she went to properties for us, we are out of town and she would facetime us to see the place. Lynn is an experienced relocation trained realtor. Moving across country with kids is hard, but it was nice having Lynn on our side. She is very professional, friendly and also feisty. Lynn helped us find a house while we were moving from out of town. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to accommodate representing us when we were 500 miles away. She would send us photos of the house, updates, and face time us for walk through. She knows the area and was very informative during our whole buying moving process. Additionally she has touched base with us even after closing to make sure everything is up to standard. We had one item that need fixing and she had the builder address it that day.

The main reason I chose Lynn is her ability to contact the right people and get things done. To me, undue delays is a reason homebuyers cannot find what they want in the marketplace. Because of her proficiency there are few delays to obtain the needed materials, drive time, and analysis one needs to find a new home.
