About Niki

Niki Walker is a licensed Real Estate Broker with more than 15 years of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Her career has spanned multiple facets of the industry, including residential sales, waterfront and resort properties, investment real estate, transaction management, agent training, and compliance.

After relocating to Tennessee, Niki continued building her real estate career by serving in a variety of roles, buyer’s and listing agent, transaction coordinator. She has worked within both independent and team environments, giving her a unique understanding of every aspect of a real estate transaction—from lead generation and negotiations to marketing, compliance, and closing.

In addition to serving clients, Niki is a Tennessee Real Estate Instructor approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and teaches continuing education courses for real estate professionals. She is also an instructor for local REALTOR® education programs and has developed courses focused on contracts, compliance, and the transaction process. Her passion for education allows her to stay at the forefront of industry changes while helping other agents strengthen their knowledge and skills.

Niki holds several respected industry designations, including ABR®, SRS, RENE, GRI, and SFR®.  She also earned her Broker license in 2026. She has a Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville State University in Psychology and English Literature.
