Penny Cutshaw deserves more than 5 stars; she deserves all the stars and more and is worth every “penny” too! Penny handled the sale of my parents’ home during the pandemic and recently handled the sale of land for them too. She made a stressful process much less stressful for them. My parents’ had lived in their home for more than 40 plus years so they needed a trusted advisor to guide them. On February 1 2017 we listed our residental property with Penny Cutshaw of Coldwell Banker. Penny was able to get a full list price contract by March 30 2017. The contract was for the full asking price without any additional requirements on out part.

We discovered Penny by accident. My family and I were planning our future and my retirement. Tennessee became our target location and since we live in California, we started looking online. Penny became our contact by virtue of the way the website worked. It linked us to her and we talkded that same day. We could not have asked for a better realtor. She was immediately accessible and answered many of our first questions about properties in which we were interested. She was patient as we changed our minds and asked new questions. When we finally had our list of properties to see when we took our trip to Tennessee, Penny had all our appointments set up so we could efficiently use our short 3 days we had. Her work hours do not end at 5pm, which was really great for us with the time difference from California. She knows her business and the local property. She made sure we understood what issues might arise under certain conditions and helped us work through a somewhat difficult situation. She is encouraging and dedicated. We felt she was there for us and represented us well. During negotiating price, she got us the price we were hoping for. Overall, we have recommended her to our son and many others. We definitely will seek her out the next time we are looking for property!
