Wallace Real Estate Convenes Top Agents from LeadingRE Network for a Special Panel

Wallace Real Estate is excited to bring together expert sales professionals from brokerages within the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World,® for a special panel discussion on October 24th. LeadingRE is a global community of real estate companies awarded membership based on rigorous standards for service and performance. 

Real estate is an industry with over two million licensees and 100,000 brokerages characterized by wildly inconsistent service delivery and customer experience. Joining the panel will be agents from Wallace Real Estate, as well as Howard Hanna Rand Realty, Lamacchia Realty, and Nashville-based Parks Real Estate. 


Howard Hanna Rand Realty - Established in 1957 by Howard and Anne Freyvogel Hanna, with a single office in Pittsburgh, the family-owned Howard Hanna Real Estate Services brokerage has grown to be the top real estate company in the markets it serves. Now Howard Hanna Rand Realty, the company is represented on the panel by top agent Kathleen Berg. 

Kathleen (Kathy) Berg provides outstanding realty services to the Connecticut communities of Danbury, Newtown, Ridgefield, Redding, Wilton, New Fairfield, Southbury, and Brookfield, as well as Fairfield County, and New Milford.

As a Director at the Northern Fairfield Board of Realtors, she brings in-depth insight into real estate laws, ethics, and market trends.

Licensed since 2002, she is a certified Top Producer who has a track record of success. Her detail oriented approach ensures nothing is left to chance and she leverages her vast network of connections to attract buyers for each property she lists. When not at the closing table, Kathleen Berg enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs reading or streaming movies. She is in the process of learning Bridge and even has some Master Points to her name. 

Lamacchia Realty - Lamacchia Realty is a full-service, value-based Real Estate brokerage in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, and Florida. Representing Lamacchia on the panel is Amy Bisson. 

Amy has built her business on many things: honesty, integrity, and most importantly, trust.  It is crucial to her that she builds trust with her clients and that they feel comfortable throughout the entire buying or selling process, whether it’s the first meeting, at the closing table, or anywhere in between.

She recognizes the immense importance of building relationships with her clients and truly enjoys getting to know each and every person she works with.

Amy is a highly respected and well-known REALTOR® in the Industry, and especially in Central Massachusetts – she was a RACM REALTORS® Choice nominee in 2018, 2019, and 2020, a RACM Top Producer in 2018, 2019, 2020, & 2021 and at her previous company, was #1 in sales in 2019 and #1 in volume in 2019 and 2020.

In 2021, she has been recognized as a top 10 producer within Lamacchia Realty-Worcester. Amy grew up in Sterling and now lives in Holden.

Parks Real Estate - In business for more than 45 years, Parks has been consistently recognized for excellence in the industry. Representing Parks on the panel is Wendy Monday, a Nashville real estate veteran who is consistently ranked in the top 3% of top producers in the market. 

She has a true passion for the business and over 14 years of experience selling Nashville.

She and her husband JT and their son Wulf live in Germantown in a historic 1880’s home. They spent 18 months completing a total renovation on the home, and learned a lot in the process.

They own several residential and commercial rental properties including a log cabin west of Nashville in Kingston Springs.

Wendy’s favorite things include starting more renovation projects and visiting her second favorite city, Amsterdam. 

Wallace Real Estate - Wallace Real Estate has been earning the trust of homebuyers and sellers since 1936. The family-owned brokerage began with one office on Gay Street in Downtown Knoxville, and has since grown to seven offices around East Tennessee and nearly 500 agents. 

Representing Wallace Real Estate on the panel will be Jennifer Montgomery (Wallace Bearden Office) and Debbie Yankey (Wallace Farragut Office). 

Jennifer Montgomery has been a local real estate agent for twenty years.

Her work began with Wallace Real Estate after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning.

She is a Board Member and Chairperson of the Vintage Properties Committee at Knox Heritage, Inc.

She has lived in a variety of downtown neighborhoods over many years. 

She now lives on a small farm that she shares with her dogs and horses. As an equestrian, she practices dressage and drives for pleasure.

Jennifer is foremost focused on quality in her business with residential and commercial clients and customers.

Much of her work has been in historic neighborhoods and districts. She also has excellent experience with farm property. She loves history and horses and incorporates her knowledge into her work.

With more than 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, Debbie Yankey has consistently been one of the top producers in her area. She has a track record of success in residential real estate and has earned a reputation for delivering results for her clients.

Debbie's success is built on her ability to connect with clients and understand their unique needs and goals. She has a deep understanding of the local market and is constantly staying up to date on the latest trends and developments in the industry.

Her extensive network of contacts and resources, including top-tier marketing and advertising strategies, gives her clients a competitive edge when buying or selling property.

Debbie resides in Farragut, where she lives an active lifestyle in the community. A few of her accomplishments include #1 Company-Wide, International President’s Elite (top 2% in the industry), and in 2020 #1 Global Luxury Award with the most $1M+ homes sold.
