The Wallace Real Estate Downtown office, located in the heart of the city at 625 S. Gay Street #205, is more than just a new space – it represents a homecoming. Wallace Real Estate began with just one office, first in the Journal Arcade Building before moving to the Valley Fidelity Bank Building on Gay Street. This move symbolizes a return to the company’s roots while celebrating the vibrant growth and progress of the region.
