CROSSVILLE, Tenn. — Wallace Real Estate’s Upper Cumberland office is helping agents plan ahead with a free online workshop, Start 2026 Strong, on Wednesday, November 12 at 11:00 a.m. CT.
The session will be hosted by Victoria Eberhart, Principal Broker of Wallace Upper Cumberland, and Claudia Stallings, Chief Operating Officer of Wallace Real Estate.
Stallings, a respected real estate industry expert with more than two decades of experience, will share how agents can use their current production numbers to project future results and build the habits needed to reach their 2026 goals.
“Statistics show that the average real estate transaction takes about 100 days from the first client conversation to the closing table,” said Stallings. “That means the business agents generate now will shape their success in the first quarter of next year.”
Eberhart added, “Our goal is to help agents across the region enter 2026 with a clear plan and renewed confidence. Claudia’s insights make complex business planning practical and achievable.”
Stallings, who oversees Wallace’s marketing, training, and technology initiatives, is a regular contributor to Knoxville News-Sentinel, RIS Media, and Inman News. She also provides local market commentary on TV and radio and is a sought-after speaker at national real estate conferences.
The webinar is open to all real estate professionals.
